SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Everlasting Products delivers throughout South Africa using Fastway Couriers.

DELIVERY RATES

KwaZulu-Natal:
• R79 standard delivery for retail orders below R500
• FREE delivery for retail orders of R500 or more
• Estimated delivery time: 1–2 business days after dispatch

Rest of South Africa:
• R119 standard delivery for retail orders below R800
• FREE delivery for retail orders of R800 or more
• Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days after dispatch

Once your order has been paid and prepared for dispatch, you will receive tracking information to follow your delivery.

Orders placed on Fridays, weekends or public holidays will be processed from the next business day. Fastway Couriers does not deliver on weekends or public holidays.

These rates apply to retail online orders only. Delivery for wholesale orders is calculated and quoted separately.

Oversized, unusually heavy or outlying-area deliveries may require an additional delivery fee. If this applies to your order, we will contact you before dispatch.

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are correct. Everlasting Products cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

Courier delays outside our reasonable control may occasionally affect the estimated delivery period.
